COMBO Spring Trip 2012 Recap
For our 2012 spring trip COMBO headed south to northern Georgia and southern Tennessee. In total we had ten riders come on the trip and three of them were new to COMBO trips. We started off riding Raccoon Mountain in Chattanooga. The trail is about 20 miles long and is a loop for the most part. There is one additional 3 mile section you can ride if you want to do some back tracking. Everyone enjoyed the trail. It has a little of everything from big rocks to good descents and decent climbs. The trail flows well and has a nice overlook of the city and the Tennessee River. We rode over 15 miles with about 2,000 feet of climbing.
