Need your CrossFit workout? Come out and help us work to improve a local mountain bike trail by finishing trail 5 at Great Seal State Park! All skill levels welcome. This make your CrossFit workout look easy.
All tools needed will be provided. Plan to have gloves, water, and bug spray. Long pants, long sleeve shirts and boots or solid toe shoes are highly recommended.
If trail conditions are good, bring your bike for a post trail day ride with us!
